What is neurohacking?

…a way of engineering wellbeing by seeing a healthy mind and body as a mechanical process to be tuned and perfected…

Neurohacking is the selective use of attention and technology to understand and work with the natural processes of the mind and body, It carries the overall aim of improving quality of life by applying the same analytical approach to our lives as we apply to solving other technical problems.

The primary aim of neurohackers is to increase neurogenesis, or the growth of new brain cells. This underpins all cognitive function and the decline of neurogenesis with age is at the core of mental and even some physical health problems.

Makes a lot of sense to us…
